2. Shipping: Free ground shipping is provided on online orders. All free ground shipping is available only to US states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

4. Our Products: Extremely high quality and professionally printed Everytime! Business cards and postcard are printed on thick 14pt material with a UV gloss coating. Trifolds and flyers are printed on a vibrant white glossy stock. We offer free full bleeds on just about all of our products and provide free shipping to most of our customers.

5. Cancellations: Due to the high volume of new orders in production each day, we are unable to provide cancellations. As soon as your product is ordered, it is sent to our production department. In order to provide the best prices, quick turnarounds and highest quality possible, we have to ensure there are no delays in production. We do apologize for any inconvenience, please make sure of your order before placing it.

6. Tracking Your Order: We can provide, upon your request, with tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. Production time: Production time on most products are 5-7 days plus time in transit via ground delivery. We do ship from multiple locations, Ground freight usually takes anywhere from 2-4 days, to almost anywhere in the US.
